I am an ardent follower of Swami Vivekananda's teachings. Today, Swami Sarvapriyananda is my RUclips Guru. I view all his discourses and they have brought so much clarity in my life. All the books you hold in your hand are in my collection. And I enjoy reading , writing my understanding of what I have read and going back several times to the same text. Discovering truth and washing away untruth, pain, and suffering, takes a huge physical toll in energy. It really does. I've been at this for decades. The regular human body cannot handle constant revelation again and again. The body needs time to recover between sessions of spiritual work. My point being that you really shouldn't denigrate entertainment and enjoying other parts of life while on the spiritual path. Such fun is needed to help people recover between sessions. Vitamin B1 really helps sessions last longer, but 100 mg is burned every forty minutes. Taking huge dosages isn't healthy. Thank you for telling us about this unknown teacher.
