- In my longest UK theme park trek of the year, it's Oakwood and my favourite woodie on British soil, Megafobia
#oakwood is home to other decent attractions including a Eurofighter called Speed- No limits and 2 family rollercoasters, Creepy Crawler and Treetops.
Flat rides including Dizzy Disk and Pirate Ship are also on offer.
Filmed and edited by Rob Miller using a Samsung Galaxy S21 with the help of Youcut editing tools.

Fuk i, i'm 39 and forgot this place existed. Looks scuffed as fuck.... someone needs to sell it to someone that will look after it, the owners have clearly fallen out of love.
Oakwood is a decent park.. Sure they have land to expand and get some more thrill rides in.
What they really need is a telephone mast as getting a mobile signal is near impossible. And invest in a proper transport link. Finally get that bloody ride Drenched open lol. Otherwise this park does have promise..💪
Its so empty because it has priced itself out of the game. Family of 4 over £100 for a day
I agree that it is overpaid for whats there. Do need to improve on accessibility for those who dont drive.
we went to the park about a year ago and it cost £120 for 6 people on that day only 2 ride where open:(
When I went we spent £300 for 4?! 2kids 2adults

Thank you for you comments.. In reply, if everything is open then it is more acceptable. Unfortunately it seems Drenched is never open and Bounce is awaiting an inspection. It is a park with massive potential!!
This park gets alot of stick but its actually really good, yes most of the staff have had a serious lack of training
Great reply... Oakwood have the space to put in some more great rides to make it a real hidden gem. Dunno if it really comes down to training or what not but Megafobia still remains brilliant 38 years on.
Park looks so dead when its meant to be school holidays.
FIrst two weeks, alot of families go abroad so could be that.

@@cometravellingwithrob8249 I think its prob more to do with it looking like no one has cared for it in 15 years and the value compared to other parks which have far far better attractions.
