There are always good things that go with the bad, sometimes it's just really hard to see it when you are living through it. And...that coffee looks amazing.
Haha the tree lives on longer than it should lol. It did help to look for all the good things because if I didn't I feel as though they would have gone forgotten. Oh yes, the coffee was so good :D Thank you Andrea :)

Man, i feel this...a MILLION TIMES i feel this. I've been on a three..well...now almost 4 month..."pause" and my weight has been even, not up or down. But i've fallen out of working out craving to get back. I too, spent too much time on Minecraft (tee hee). Your positivity is contagious....keep it up brother. Excited to see what you have in store!
It is really frustrating to have that scale just stand still. I hope that you are able to see it move down again soon Josh. Just have to limit our Minecrafting and focus on life a bit more lol. Much love dude and I look forward to hearing of your future weight loss success :) Good to have you here!
