would you recommend the thrive for a male 5'11" about 200lbs? or the fusion?

Brian Rushmore out of the two their is no doubt as to which board I would choose. The Fusion's length and width provides it with far more stability than the Thrive and stability is your friend regardless of of your ability.

Hi norax I would look at the Magma and or the Beast as they are more stable than the Thrive. In terms of stability the most stable to the least stable it would be the Beast first then the Magma followed by the Thrive. All of these boards will easly float you at 70kg so that is not as issue and all of these boards are easy to paddle. So it comes down to how experienced you are and how easly you will take to Stand up paddle boarding. The Thrive is the most difficult board to master if you are new to Stand up paddle boarding. I hope this helps you. Cheers Graham

Watercooledsup thank you...is the material durable in a rock coastal area? I mean, the sup can resist to little bouncing against rocks or reef or is easily breakable...thank again 4 the answer

Hi norax yes the PVC that the SUP is made of is very strong so you will bounce of rocks. That said sharp coral will cut any inflatable in the market. So be careful and you will be fine. Cheers Graham
