In the Attribute Manager, go to the Object tab and find the "Icon" field. Click the "Create" button next to the Icon field. This will open the Icon Editor. In the Icon Editor, you can use the drawing tools to create your custom icon. You can choose from a variety of brush sizes, shapes, and colors. When you're finished, click the "Save" button to apply your custom icon to the object.
