18mph slow 🤔 wonder if I removed 2 marine battires all the Accessory and Mods I done too boat. If was a stock jon boat that 2017 Suzuki EFI my guess push that jon 25mph plus all day long.
@@garybelmore1691 i had a 12 footer with an old evinrude 9.9 and it was movin around 27 mph fully loaded with a livewell and on my own. only reason i say its "slow" is cause with two people we were movin around 25
@@motomax13 sure that older 9.9 was not converted too a 15hp easily done? As we both know more weight u add too a boat slower top end speed if you hade a fully loaded 1236 like my kids set up and two people in the boat and your top end speed was still 25mph Must say you have one Amazing outboard
@@motomax13 only Defferance between the 9.9 and the 15hp 2 strokes outboards is the carb Know matter you have a very Nice 2 stroke outboard even 15hp push 25mph 2 people fully loaded jon boat Good top end speed she a keeper

I Made both risers for trolling motor and electric anchore before I sold my welder was a big mistake selling

@@garybelmore1691 it just had a 15hp carb on it.. but the motor was like a 77' model lol. so probably pushing 11hp at most
