- Today we went to Harbor Freight Tools and had a pretty exclusive store walk-through due to the coronavirus. As the title states Harbor Freight What's New In-Store and Available NOW we looked at new items in stores from brands like Hercules, Doyle, ICON, Quinn, and more. All the items we looked at were available in-store now. We were able to find lots of new tools and products that have been released in the past 30 days on the Harbor Freight website today in-store and one of those items was the first brushless tool in the Hercules lineup the brushless angle grinder. If you don't have one of the items shown in today's video hopefully they will be showing up soon in your Harbor Freight store.
Hopefully, you enjoy this video, and if there is any more information you need head on over to the harbor freight website. I have listed some of the items we looked at today and a link to the site.

I could go for that idea!
@@ClientGraphics got
I'm not allowed in my harbor freight anymore so thanks for showing me what I miss now!! Great video once again!
Harbor Freight stores are supposed to mistreat everyone equally. CP always proving me wrong. Thanks buddy :)
What happened dude 😂😂😂
you only get kicked out if you act like an ass. fairest company I've seen.
@Jayden Cruz Harbor Freight didn't actually ban him, His wife is the one who banned 🚫 him from Harbor Freight. 😂
Me neither but who tf going to know who you are when you have the covid mask lmao
I keep a supply of 2" and 3" paint brushes around. I use them once then toss them. You have to watch for a bristle in your finish but for a buck they save a ton of time cleaning brushes.
They are nuts with their new high prices...nothing but expensive crap now😎
My thoughts last few times I've went. Everything has went up to point it may even be more then a better alternative any how.
The avanti brushes are identical to the most exspensive brand at home depot the wooster brand i have the home depot brand as well as the avanti havent noticed a single difference there identical they are amazing I use them with behr premium paint its only needs water to clean the brushes @ClientGraphics
Lmfao not all stores are the same some are larger some are smaller some are new and some are old hopefully all the stores miss treat you equally omg bro loved it @ClientGraphics
It’s totally true👍🏻
@@ClientGraphics heck yeah its true
I have a full time painter on my payroll and the majority of the paint brushes we use come from Harbor Freight.
Good to know, thank you for commenting👍
Yo Chris! I heard that the paint brushes with a handle helps make painting easier.
I had the paddle HF grinder for about two years, definitely got my money's worth out of it. But eventually it just died . I replaced it with a corded dewalt. It was so much more powerful and cut through thick metal like butter
The coupons were what got me in the store....once your in we all know what happens. They should consider that as I could always tell my wife they had great bargains
I just got the Bauer 20v angle grinder, w 3.0 ah battery, happy with that! 👍🏻
I’m sure it works great. I really wanted to get the Bauer one at one point, but figured it wasn’t really much of a step up from what I already have for angle grinders.
i've been happy with mine. its nice having no cord. eats batteries under heavy use, cant wait to get a 5 and 8 ah battery for it.
The 10 thousand lumen lights are amazing have 4 of them hooked together in my barn shop @ClientGraphics
They need to bring back the free 18" magnetic tool holder coupon
Prices have gone way up now that they have people hooked! Sound Familiar?
What other things went up?
Out of all the angle grinders I have 3 Milwaukee grinders 2 dewalt flexvolt grinders earthquake xt grinder bosch and makita grinders my absolute favorite is the flexvolt rat tail grinders love that the guards locking design is so much more superior to Milwaukee I dont like how loose the Milwaukee guards are and don't matter if its the 4 1/2 or the 6 inch or even the 7 to 9 inch the Milwaukee guards suck they bounce and wobble
@ClientGraphics, you live in Lincoln? GBR
How could you Chris you can never have to many flashlights bro flashlights are like flap disks just like you said you can never have to many flap disks @ClientGraphics
I concur!
Hi there 😊😁 Chris and Amy !!! I got the same $5 grinder last Christmas along with a bunch of other stuff 9 items for $54.63 out the door. I remember the 18ga nailer cuz the nails cost more than the tool. LOL any recommendations for osculating blades?? I'm working on replacing the last room subfloor. Taking out particle board and putting in ADVANTEK !!! I've been trying to fight off a Horrible cough for 3 weeks and my energy level is so low !!! Add a bad hip and it's a process
Your motto if work Smarter not harder !!!¡ Has been a mantra for me for a long time. Marine Corps too Adapt, Persevere and Overcome !!!!! Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and videos Rodney
Depends upon your needs or job you could pick up just the blades you need to save money or look for a sale on Amazon name brand products like Dewalt 5pc set $24.98 www.amazon.com/dp/B00FMHPYSY or check Home Depot for special buys on the Milwaukee 5pc kit 49-10-9121 for $24.88
If you buy cheaper ones they will work just won’t last as long.
Good luck and stay healthy🙏🏻
The viking battery chargers are junk there just as bad as the center chargers
7:07 …..but hopefully they all “mistreat” us equally? LOL!
Did he say mistreat you equally at 7:08?
You should do a video comparing all the different cordless angle grinders you have.
What would you want to see or know?
I go their for stuff like the 10 bucks grinder which holds up good for me or cheap impact electric or wrench or pilers that are cheap if I want high dollar hand tools I will go to lows or home dopot
A free 1.99 pick set would be cool
I’d definitely be game for having a few dozen pick sets👌🏻
that looks like the Ryobi angle grinder
I did three of the 3,000 Lumen shop lights in my garage which has a 14 foot ceiling. It's SUPER bright in there now. Recommended.
I have 4 of the 10 thousand lumen lights they are insanity on brightness
Harbor freight doesn't have anti theft devices AT ALL this is very weird.
I work at harbor freight I love it there but if someone steals we are not aloud to stop them nor say anything to them just notify a manager....I had a guy return a item the other day got a new one and left with his old one and nothing happened
@@christhompson5827 Wow that guy could just hit up as many harbor freights as he wants to warranty that item out and just resell it on ebay. That is why they try to track every return and can't just hand you something without getting a name first.
@@Toyotas_n__Tools yep idk what the end result was but I got off like 30 minutes after but he got his new tool and bounced
They Double the prices, like gloves, sad when companies get greedy, specially on this days when we need them the most. GREEDY
Getting to be fall, I need a leaf blower
Not very cheap rite now . I have the 1/2) torque drill . Works real good ,but ishsrd to keep the chuck tite .
Looks nice but what about the warranty
Hercules!!
One question: how do them hold up in the real world ? Not shop grade or what?
Rigid grinder octane Bluetooth with 3amp battery and charger $169.99 and that’s not even a sale!! Lifetime warranty!! So sorry Hercules
Here is the $169.99 RIDGID option. Seems like a solid option for a LSA (Lifetime Service Agreement option.
18-Volt OCTANE Cordless Brushless 4-1/2 in. Angle Grinder Kit with OCTANE Bluetooth 3.0 Ah Battery and Charger
Model# R86042SBN
www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGID-18-Volt-OCTANE-Cordless-Brushless-4-1-2-in-Angle-Grinder-Kit-with-1-OCTANE-Bluetooth-3-0-Ah-Battery-and-Charger-R86042SBN/312860382
Just wait for that Hercules coupon. And it will end up being cheaper yet. And Rigids LSA sucks balls.
Bring back the 18” magnetic bar for free!!!
Harbor freight need to start giving out the little volt meter again and the little 3 eights socket set s or allen wrench s
How often have you hurt yourself by not securing things ? If never, you are in for a big surprise.
Their formerly free items - blue light, magnetic tool strip, 25' tape measure, 7 function digital multi-meter, small blue tarp, ???
What about the micro fiber 4pk... I have about 40 of them 😉
I got cut pertty bad with some truck ramps, like for atvs etc. And almlst sliced my finger just grabbing the ramp trying to place it🚫. ALWAUS ISE GLOVES AND GOOGLES!
Or hf could give out the cheap speed square s
The Angle Grinder with charger and battery is 170 before tax... What a joke... With a 90day warranty...
The yellow and black is 99 with battery and charger... With better warranty...
Dude that sander is meant for blade sharpening and profiling. Definitely not much of a woodworking tool
And harbor freight need to stick with the stuff that made them money 💰 the cheap stuff if I want to spend big money on good tools I go to home dopot and get something good
My complaint with Harbor Freight is they have three brand names in every category of tools. I wish they would have picked three and used them for everything. Example: is Viking a good, better or best?
Viking, junk. no buy
I agree with you on that, but it seems like Bauer is starting to expand into other types of tools like garden power tools and others. So hopefully they'll continue that expansion.
@@canucha1985 I think this is because we're also seeing almost every other brand go from standard tools to outdoor tools as well. Like Ryobi, Hart, and Craftsman, which all happen to be the DIY-friendly brands for most of HF's competition, so it makes sense why they'd expand Bauer to do the same. I wouldn't be surprised if Hercules eventually gets the same treatment, to match Dewalt, Milwaukee, and Makita, which are more of the prosumer brands, like what Hercules is trying to target. Unless I'm getting Hercules and Bauer mixed up; either way, both tiers of brands will eventually match their competitive spaces, and those spaces already have outdoor tools.
I don’t go to harbor freight anymore last month I went and spent $1500🥺
Was that for the whole month?
The angle grinders rpm ratings are with no blade empty tool
Wow, the prices at HF have really gone up. I can't see paying that much for their junk for one time use. RIP HF
Lmao dude not everything is central pneumatic or Chicago electric anymore.
They’re top brands are still a good deal because the quality and consistency has gone up
I would have to agree with A1 axle in that anything I bought from Harbor Freight at least in the past year at least has stood up to anything I have thrown at it namely my impact sockets which even if I do break them I just go return them and get a new one for free same goes with a lot of the other stuff there I'm actually quite impressed by how much they've improved they must have took all of the major profits from selling the junk and actually applied it to have decent quality items
just scored a milwaukee fuel 1/2 inch impact wrench bare tool for 129.00 at HD, go ahead keep buying HF and I'll keep buying quality for less money.
@@greatbay1961 oh yeah I can do that too if I go to a pawn shop for far less the point is though if you need a tool say a ball joint press and don't want to pay a couple hundred dollars at Advance Auto or wait 3 weeks for a rebranded Amazon press shipt from China and have a Harbor Freight nearby I'd imagine even you would go for the Harbor Freight model? Time equals money and down time waiting on a tool is money lost
As a matter of fact I just scored a tool box filled with Cornwell Mac and Snap-on tools for fifty bucks
Wow, I’m impressed. How long did it take you to collect one box of free flashlights? How did you get the box? I want one now.
Your New Year’s Resolution: Start a second box of free flashlights for 2021 Chris!! 🤣🔦
It just happened to be the last flashlight in the box display and I simply just asked if they were going to throw it away and if so could I have it.
It probably only took 5-6 months. Would have been sooner but my wife gives them away to people like it’s Halloween candy every day of the year🤣
I have the red and black Earthquake impact that thing is amazing I’m a professional mechanic and I got about everyone to buy them too and their power tools are nice too.
My parents restore furniture as a part time business. I got them some of the Avanti Best/Pro brushes to try out and they really liked them. They generally use Purdy.
Here's what I got. I wanted the 12 miter saw, the stand, a sander, and 2 60" clamps, 2 24" clamps. Wanted to open a credit card to save 10%. I could not get all that at 1 store. What a crock. I went to 4 stores. Never will get big items from them, just the small things. They lost out on 750 bucks, just on me. Went to lowes and got Dewalt.
Better goods and service at lowes anyway...you are better off.
Hf needs to give away the little pocket picks or Pocket.. magnetic screw starter or tape measures
I got a free tape measure every time they had them for free with a purchase
I probably have 15 25’ tapes.
Is this the Lincoln store?
The higher end paint brushes that they now sell are good in my opinion. They may not be quite a purdy or a corona brush but pretty close. If you have never used a quality brush before, don’t hesitate to check out the new line up at HF. Warning, You will never to back to cheap 1$ brushes ever again lol.
Buy the cheap paint brushes...use them n throw them away
I have done that for years, most recently this weekend. I hate clean up. 😂
I love hf need one meadville pa
Last time I spent a hundred plus on a grinder of any size was never, and I never will.
That grinder looks like there trying to compete with Milwaukee.
It really does look like it. I do personally prefer the grip to be slimmer like both the Hercules and Milwaukee have. The Bosch works but the hand grip on the body of the tool is too wide.
I gotta be honest.. I came here to complain about the rudest employees I have ever experienced in any store, the cheapest made electrical goods you can buy, and the outright dangers of buying cheap jacks and stands. Is it good business to endanger your customers?
If you can catch a sale for Milwaukee I got the Milwaukee for 179 with a free 5ah battery, so if you have a charger or can pick one up cheap on Facebook, I would go Milwaukee alllllll day for pretty much the same price
The Avanti paint brushes are really good! I still have them with all my brushes I keep. Great video! Im gonna have to get a Doyle black square now! Thank you!
I'd really like to see a Hercules router/table combo...
Read that as router/tablet combo lol
dont like the switch. butterfly has better control, i feel.
I used the feeble items coupons to help out In hurricanes relief. Lights, batteries, tarps, moving blankets, and a few other things. I went to HarborFreight everyday so I could stack up on good free and cheap products from them until it was time to donate.
But now I’m at a point where I’m kinda lost on what to do if the coupons do come back. Because I really don’t want to go to harbor freight...well I do miss it. But it’s starting to become an ethical matter. I’ll explain...
Unfortunately its very unprofessional management at the (Reading, Pennsylvania) location has kept me far away from harbor freight altogether.
It’s a shame too, as I miss the place. I tried to visit again this past week, but when I heard the manager tell an employee to quote “get his jelly ass over here.” To put a tool back where it went. I had to just put my head down, then put my items down and leave. It was the last straw man.
That was only like the 4th time that I was in this year. And every damn time I heard or saw a manager snapping off at a employee or even the customers.
I miss Harbor Freight. We had a good run. And I like Eric and fully respect EVERYTHING he did since the first word of Covid-19. Pulling flights for his team so they didn’t have to go to China. To giving out gloves. Then even asking where they needed them the most.
But I really noticed the manager (or managers I should say.) after I got turned down for employment.
I know where everything is in the store.
I know a whole whole lots the tools and their uses. because i’m a ex mechanic who also worked in warehouses...and also worked with a fire and water damage restoration company too.
However Because I never learned how to use a cash register. I didn’t make the cut. 🤦🏻♂️ wait for this one.....I had 3 references who worked there and pushed for me to apply because they needed help, and knew I could do that job perfectly.
And then right after that I start noticing the yelling at customers and employees. I just wonder if It was happening all around me the whole time. was I somehow blinded by a harbor freight high? Something happened though. Enough that when my rotary tool died I bought one from Walmart instead.
And I was shocked by just how many tools were the same as harbor freights. But literally a few of the same damn tools in a nice red/black color scheme.
But.....Walmart’s version comes with a 2 year warranty for at no added cost (keep the receipt.)
so....that’s what I’ve decided what to do for a while now. Some of the same grinder and dremels. Hell they even have the good U.S.A. Made Wilde pry bars. Same as the old craftsman ones were. Even the same color on the grip. Red.

Harbor freight should definitely change up the free item coupon and add different items. Thanks again clientgraphics, still one of the best tool reviewers out there.
Thanks Jr Romo. Appreciate you watching and commenting 👍🏻
Whatever that you get from HF is not last long ,and you pay double price for it.
It's worthless to buy from them period.
Nice angle grinder demo
Hola amigo buen canal me gusta mucho las comparaciones de las herramientas gracias por compartirlas al menos por video un saludo soy de venezuela lastima que aqui no se pueda disfrutar de ese tipo de herramientas
KEEP BUYING CHINA!!! 🇺🇲AMERICANS 🇺🇲
Hello

The cheap paint brushes are great for clean up but suck for painting anything you want to look good. They leave streaks.
Thanks for the video
Thanks for watching👍
The 3 pic impact socket adapter set would be a good
Freebe or razors knife or small welding ass like tip clean er sticker
The doyle tools are a great bargain
They are pertty good
Miter saw
I used the Pro style brush for a quick laundry room paint job and it worked very good. I'd say just as good as Muddy brand that is over twice as much. I didn't clean it out and keep it since I'm on Septic and it's more of a hassle to do that. I'm going to build a paint brush cleaning stand that I can just have it drain in to the yard (using Latex paint). It shouldn't do much harm to the grass and then I can keep the brushes for longer.
I wish bosch would come out with more cordless accessories, and tools....like ridgid or milwaukee
Put the magnetic tray back up
A single Bauer or Hercules impact bit offered in torx or phillips would be a nice freebie.
7:01 mistreat us equally??
Meaning customer service should be consistent and it might not necessarily be the best.
@@ClientGraphics love your content man
My HF totally cut out the free gift.
That’s not very nice, mine still has lots of the freebie flashlights.
The drop cloths and the “best” brushes are a good deal
5:26 assuming you pay your bills.
Are icon tools a good buy
Great video!!!
2 or 3 years ago I had some coupon for that Drill Master for $5.00 if you spent at least $35 overall. I think they often had coupons for $10 (listed at $15) for the Drill Master. Didn't even want one or need one but had to take it. But it is handy. I just keep a cut off wheel on it and a grinding wheel on my other Convenient not having to switch all the time and works fine for my purposes. Not a pro by any means.
As long as it works sometimes that’s the most important thing.
Hiya doin'? I didn't read all the way through, but maybe the tach isn't correct, not the tools. See if you can find a couple known spinning objects to test that.
Good luck and thanks,
Have had great luck with my DeWalt grinder it's round 15yrs old and been used and still works Its corded but does well
