    Good video,
what is the difference between this MatteBox and the Tilta MB-t12 (which costs 4x as much)-> that you can use 4 rectangular filters instead of just one and that you can adjust the box using a motor system?
Is that the difference, or is there something else important to consider? I would like to buy a box for my son and don't know exactly which one.
    thank you

      Thanks. 😊
The Tilta Mirage Matte Box MB-T16 and the Tilta MB-T12 are both high-quality matte boxes designed for professional filmmaking, but they serve different needs and are priced accordingly due to their features and capabilities.
      • MB-T16: Compact, lightweight, supports one circular filter, no motorization, more affordable.
      • MB-T12: Larger, supports up to four rectangular filters, motorized adjustments possible, more expensive and feature-rich.
The MB-T12 is designed for more complex, high-end professional work where multiple filters and precise control over them are necessary, justifying its higher price. The MB-T16 is a great option for those needing a simpler, more portable solution without the need for advanced filter stacking or motorized adjustments.

@@LouisHoung Thanks for the info and opinion on this, I'm still trying to figure out which ones I need.
So it would be good if a MatteBox can stack several rectangular filters, also has a round filter in the middle in front of the lens and which can be controlled by a motorized system or remotely.
      But I don't think that's possible.
I don't really understand what is best, a box with round linear filters, or 4x5 or 4x5.65.
Can you think of which filter type or size is superior to the others, or can you achieve the same results with all different types?
If I had to decide blindly, I would choose the MB-T12.
Before I saw your video I wanted to buy the SmallRig 114 VND kit
