Another amazing video Roman
cool seeing you at the game saturday, I was the one in the phillies hat
hell yeah! roll phil’s baby
Hi Roman, I hope you’re seeing this and I have to ask you a question. By any chance, do you remember taking lessons with Bob Cook the Director of accelerate baseball?
bob is my main man, took lessons from him all the way back in elementary school through high school
This might sound weird, but your dad is my neighbor
@@SPACE_FORCE_JOHNNY_BOY hahaha that’s hilarious! i’ll be home for winter break!
I know
And I myself am a baseball pitcher so if you wouldn’t mind you could give me some tips
Once that back leg cleans up and makes you extend through your lead leg more you got 95 on the fucken clock
Looking good Roman! To help with that back leg, have you tried hooking the rubber a little bit with your cleat?
u mean turning my foot? i have a little turn naturally, just working with the core velo belt to really feel that out will be the best option for me, i got so used to making sure i wasn’t collapsing that back leg to early that i’ve made it a habit to kinda come out of it and then get back into it from the stretch instead of just trusting my body to so what it’s supposed to do from that position
@@RomanKimball hooking the rubber is when you have part of your cleat on the top edge of the rubber. That will slightly pronate your ankle, which will help set your knee and hip as an anchor for your drive leg. This can allow for increased drive force while minimizing movements (and thoughts of those movements) which we know leads to consistent mechanics.
Keep at it man, look forward to seeing you pitch live ABs soon!
@@MattChristie interesting, i might have to try it out!
Love the content as a young baseball player.
Love the vids bro! Just started a channel myself. Any tips? Also what’s the all time velo pr?
titles and thumbnails r def the biggest difference in what gets views and what doesn’t, and my all time best velo was 97 in high school, i was mostly up to 95 in college before i got hurt, i’ve been up to 91 in my bullpens so far, i’ve only been throwing off the mound for a month and it hasn’t been 100%
@@RomanKimball thanks bro!! Keep up the good work! Good luck this season
get my boy eddie copper in frame
