Duniya (le monde) is more an Urdu word, and comes from the Arabic originally. Of course it is also used in Hindi. In the many times that I traveled in India, I met very few travellers from France. I met one man from Vitré - we were staying at a Buddhist monastery guesthouse in Dharmsala, home of the Dalai Lama. India is a fascinating country. Is there a large Indian population in France? Indian restaurants? I'm studying French and enjoy listening to your channel. Merci!
Yes, there are a lot of Indians in France and a lot of Indian restaurants too, especially in Paris 😊
there's a lot of indians from the mascarene islands in france but they aren't "pure" indians and have different cultures

Tout d'abord je tiens à vous féliciter pour les efforts que vous faites pour aider les gens à apprendre français. J'aime beaucoup cette chaîne. C'est l'une des meilleures chaînes à apprendre les langues étrangères.
J'habite en Inde. J'ai plus regardé les films français que les films Bollywood. 😅.

je suis un guide agréé en Inde et cette année j'ai accompagné bcp de clients francophones au rajasthan, delhi, agra et benaras etc..j'ai observé que les français ils aiment bcp découvrir l'authenticité, la culture et les histoires d'un pays comme inde. Je viens de jaipur ( la ville rose ) la ville qui est dotée de palais des vents et observatoire d'astronomie.
En plus Monsieur le président a visité ma ville ( jaipur ) en janvier ❤

I'm Indian and I've recently started learning French. When i was looking for French RUclips channel, i came across Easy French and i must say it is one of the best youTube channel I've watched so far. But it's quite strange that many people in France don't know anything about India, i mean it's perfectly fine but it wasn't expected. Well, I'm thinking if I'd ever visit France and present myself as an Indian, how would they react... Omg... My thoughts are horrible😅. By the way, i love the way you guys make videos for us French learner. Love from India❤

I think that the people interviewed unfortunately had little knowledge about India because it is a country very far from Europe and we don't have many Indians living in France unlike England for example
But I can assure you that India is a country that fascinates here and makes you want to know it. In any case, one day I will come and visit this beautiful country ;)

@6:30 I’ve never quite been able to explain this but, IME, the vast *vast* majority of females care not a jot about geography, whereas I could literally spend a day looking at a map and figuring it out! 🗺 On a side note @9:10 a perfect example of the ‘matching hypothesis’! Wow! Look how similar they are? They could quite literally be brother and sister.

Europeans learn only European geography and history…not even capital…we in India play with country names and capital..there is a game…
Actually we don't even learn to place European countries (and please don't generalize, it really depends on the country you live in). We mostly learn about our geography (in France), and we focus on different phenomenon such as climate change, demography... through working on different countries. Last year I have worked on Bangladesh and India, but it is rare and it wasn't in order to learn their geography
