change around with spring tension. I set mine super loose after having it tight for years then i could play 160-230 almost instantly. It was crazy the difference it made.
Don’t give up, there are a lot of components that have to come together, are you truly relaxed at the hip flexors? I was tensing just a bit each stroke and really relaxing the hip helped
I have a huge problem going from the my leg to the ankles and for some reason my Right leg keeps wanting to take over because it is the Stronger of the too. It is hard for me to maintain the fast tempo because of it and my left leg being the weakest of the too.
I play flat foot for specific patterns, more controlled, more intentful rhythm. I'm not one for just blasting the double bass I think it's stupid. There's a place for it, but after the last 15 years of listening to all different genres it's played out and boring. Alot of bands are going back to simple beat, and it sounds amazing, and even better they are actually playing to the rhythm of the song now instead of doing their own thing. Synchronized guitar and bass sounds so good.
Take cover! MG on the hill
Great power!! Love it ❤
Thank you!!

😢 I wish it was easier...I've been trying for years, and I don't think I will be able to do it

Oh now everything's clear, I found it hard to understand that transition between full leg and ankle technique on those tempo's thanks
