  • My grandson's second outing in the Lakes, climbing up Tarn Crag, which overlooks Easedale Tarn. We visited Codale Tarn on the way down, with members of the Fellowship of the Fells Walking Group. Great day, great people and a great hike.

Love the rocky peak on this hike and all the dispersed mountain lakes on the way up. HA!! That sheep under the rock. He knows how to live with views like that.

Ha ha, its funny Josh, I stood ages staring at the sheep to see who would blink first and if it had not been me, I think I would still be there now lol. Thanks for watching Josh, cheers Alan

I am the same, we made the Hole in the wall in under 2 hours, then I blew up, never been so wasted in my life, had no energy and kept stopping every 2 minutes. I think it took us about 7.5 hours in total and when you think, we did Scarfell Pike in about 4.5 hours lol
