I bought my Crosstar in June 2022 and have to say for the price paid it is the best car I have owned in 40 years of car ownership. The drive is creamy smooth, average economy is 67 MPG without even really trying to drive economically. Visibility is excellent, equipment levels are superb, great radio. How do Honda produce such a great package for the price??? I also got the 5 years free servicing, 5 year warranty etc. so peace of mind and the cost for the next 5 years are all known. A terrific car and overlooked by people who think a Honda is a stereotypical car.
Sounds like you have got a good car there! Since doing this video we have been inundated with people praising this fabulous car! Thank you for your comments and for watching the video. 😀
@@rolyswheels I worked in the motor trade as a Driver at Mercedes Benz and Jaguar Land Rover and so I was able to drive a multitude of new and used vehicles, both good and bad.
I own one two tone , best car i ever owned, the easist car i have driven and the spec is brilliant. I normally trade in after two years, but i think i am going to keep it
Just like the to add the two electric motors don't drive the car, only one does. The other is charging the battery.. The most i got MPG on my 22 mile journey to work is 93MPH. Early hours driving 30MPH. . The infotainment system has Android Auto and Apple Carplay wireless. Depends on Android or Apple phone operating system . Its not enabled in my 71 plate car, but i found the hidden menu on a youtube video and it works on my Android 12 phone Link to enable wireless feature ruclips.net/video/FmEtCK6aP-s/видео.html
@@rolyswheels Well i said i was going to keep it, but i ended up trading it in for a Dacia Jogger Hybrid. Have to wait till June for it. I stand by what i said, but the allure of seven seats or a huge boot for tip trips won me over. It does not have the kit the Jazz has but tbh i don't use a lot of the features, but the space i could really do with. Also the positive equity i found my self in , meant it was the perfect time to change. I am £5000 in positive equity. With the £5000 i put down, has meant i put down £10000 on the Jogger and pay £50 less a month . I love the Jazz, but the Jogger will be more practical for me and it has everything i use . Like Android Auto and Carplay, Heated seat, back and front sensors and camera , A/C etc
Thanks Roly for a very informative review. We also have a Crosstar and it really is an excellent car. Fuel consumption is regularly over 60mpg and has all the power you need for every day driving. The space inside is amazing for a small car and it is so easy to drive. In fact it is all the car you will ever need. We look forward to your future reviews as they are often quite varied.
I purchased a new Crosstar about 3 years ago. Absolutely loved it. It's the most driver friendly vehicle I have ever owned. Everything is so simple to use and easy to reach and understand. I would not agree that this is simply the same as a petrol jazz. There are many things as mentioned by Roly's review such as 12" more height off the ground and more that make it that little bit different and also you help Ozone by burning much less petrol. The mistake I did 9 months ago after covering 12k in my Crosstar was to take a ride in my friend's CRV 2litre Hybrid. Obviously, owing to the weight of the car, you are going to have a little bit softer ride. I decided to change the Crosstar for the CRV 2litre. I have had it for 6 months, nice car, but not for me. Last week, I put an order in for a new Crosstar which will arrive in a month. Back to economy and user friendly. Roll on 28days.
It is a fantastic spacious car. I am 6 ft 1 and I had plenty of space when driving, and this is not detrimental to the rear passengers who still have plenty of space.
I've got one..what a waste of money..paid 24k for a car that has got not much more than a petrol car..my last new jazz was 15k for top spec ex..so basically you paying 9k extra for a petrol with a battery which gives a range of about 1 or 2 miles..mpg worse than my old petrol on motorway..should have kept my old petrol jazz 😡
the yaris has crampy backspace and no magic seats, the hybrid system is smoother in the jazz.quiet to drive .i test drive both.the Honda jazz hybrid is definitley the better safty car ( 10 airbags )😀😀😀
EXcellent walkthrough commentary; quiet, unfussy and explanatory. Well done, Sir!

I agree the Honda Jazz is a fantastic car, I enjoyed reviewing it. 😀
I like Jazz, but I think a wagon, like Mercedes E all terrain is a truly universal car.
Would love to see Honda officially import the Freed into its line-up.

"...such as 12" more height off the ground..." 😲
How much more height off the ground? Twelve inches? 🥴
Splendidly thorough review. Best I’ve seen. Many thanks for making a Jazz purchase look more than likely!
Excellent présentation, Sir.
Thank you!
Thanks Roly. Very easy to listen to.
It looks excellent, it will depend on drivers space as I’m tall
It is a fantastic spacious car. I am 6 ft 1 and I had plenty of space when driving, and this is not detrimental to the rear passengers who still have plenty of space.
I wish they would put the 2.0 hybrid from the civic and market it as a sport version
That would be a good idea.
Thanks for watching this video. 😀
I miss the long shelf under the dashboard and foldable front seats from the 1-st generation.
It used to be a camper car!
Enjoyed the video thanks. Just bought one .
Many happy miles in your new car.
Thanks for watching!
Excellent review
Thank you for your kind comments
Fancy one of these - could I fit a Labrador in it please ? Perhaps with the magic seats folded up ?
No mention of one of the most important issues to potential Jazz buyers; ride comfort and suspension compliance.
That goes without saying doesn’t it?! 😉
What is the ground clearance?
Thanks for watching.
It is 152mm for the Crosstar as opposed to 136mm for the standard Jazz.
What more do I want? Double blower AC. Sputh and South East Asia are hot.
Great car!
あっ!シートヒーター着いてる!!😮

Hybrid only is what I don like about latest Jazz.
Would prefer 1,5L CVT
Thinking of used low mileage wagon like merc e220d all terrain
@@adelkharisovIt deserve an V8
I also have a Crosstar (my fourth Jazz) but here in New Zealand it's a regular ICE, not hybrid. Great car.
Thank you for watching!
Toyota yaris is a better car .most hybrid are rubbish on motorways stick to Toyota 70 to 80 mpg 67 on motorways
Jazz by far
