In a scenario like this I let them touch the pad a little bit, just a glide; I don't let them at all in tracking and I fully use them for stopping power in static regardless of pad
Generally in target switching, the bots actually move so I don't use my fingers or press down the mouse much at all, because I don't want to come to a complete stop because if I do it's harder to restart a motion. So it feels like I'm kinda floating over the target
