I watched your linked video again and asked myself “why hasnt materialized yet?” My answer has surprised me. I was assuming that manifestation has to happen after bridge of incidents and there is a transition period. This may take time. WTF?! This is a limiting belief!!! Now I decided to affirm: Manifestation is NOT a process, it is literally instant. Transition period never existed in my reality. I dont have to convince my subconcious mind, she is already believing me right away when I conciously affirm. Thank you Flossie ❤️🍀
this video has helped me a lot so far with coming up with the right affirmations (along with your "move past your hold up" video). i now have 5 (short) affirmations that i plan to say 3x daily for 5-10 mins. i really needed this guidance because i can be inconsistent and i think that might have been impacting my manifestation. for instance, i would affirm different things per day, sometimes feel doubts, and not "persist" enough; in short, i didn't have a plan. having a daily regimen is key, otherwise my mind will wander and my manifestation will be delayed. i can now imprint these new beliefs into my subconscious much faster and more consistently with this new daily regimen. i can also more easily reject negative thoughts and just say my affirmations a few times. i usually never comment, but i want to show my support. i can safely say that i finally have something i can feel good about doing per day knowing that i will get what i want. thank you so much. i will keep watching your videos for the positive vibes.
I agree consistent is the key. I was seeing movements in 3D. He was coming towards me. I stopped affirming properly and started spiraling and wavering. Checking 3D, repeating old story. Now suddenly he got back with the 3P. I fucked up . I am gonna start affirming properly. I am getting this. Enough of crying because of all the hurts and pain.

When I want to affirm for my desires I always end up with so many different affirmations that I get overwhelmed and stop because it is too much to focus on every day. I couldn't decided for just 2 affirmations regarding SP because there is so many aspects that are important to me. Then there is also Self Concept, Affirming for being a great manifester, money, work, friends and revision...🥵 I d love a video on that. As that seems to stop me affirming all together because I feel there is never enough time in a day to affirm for everything that seems important.

If we have a triggering thought, is it better to ignore it and cover it up with other affirmations, or is better to address it and come up with a specific affirmation? The last option scares me a bit because it triggers me so i was wondering what you'd recommend

Love this Flossie! Please may I ask I sometimes like to say sp is my husband and then sometimes I like to say sp is taking immediate action to propose to me. Would these be okay? I know it’s two different events in the timeline but still implied commitment?
Do I have to have a list of specific affirmations or can I just flip bad thoughts during the day until the good becomes an assumption? I always have thoughts about a lot of topics related to my SP and just 3-4 affirmation doesn’t feel like enough..
Ultimately in your reality you can do what you want as it is your assumption. I personally use 3-5 affirmations per topic and loop my affirmations. Many people need to do more than just flip thoughts. They need to saturate their minds. Many times when people feel like they don’t have enough affirmations they are anxious. 3-4 affirmations is enough if you assume it is.
I personally love having many affirmations. I have 14 about my sp and it perfectly works for me since years (bc it is my dominant thought that I can have as many affirmations as I want and I always fully get them).

To get what you want you need to become the version of you that has that thing. That’s why we affirm like what we want has already happened so that our mind will buy in to this idea and that’s how you become the version of you that has what you want. That is also when the 3D starts to conform For example: when manifesting an ex back you should say “me and SP are in an amazing relationship” and not “SP and I are getting back together”. You want to become the version of you that is in a relationship with SP instead of the version that is in separation

I typically word things differently. I often word things as if it has already happened. If that feels comfortable to you though then do it.
