Obviously... If I wasn't using HSS I couldn't have been able to take the shutter speed above 1/250 or 1/200 without getting a dark curtains effect. And besides we're not using a strobe but a speedlight , so the power output is not enough and that's why I had to regulate the camera settings to fit the look I was going in for. In all we created magics. Be mindful👍.
Good but check your shutter speed always if shooting High speed sync can high it up to 1/1000 but if not always stay withing 1/250 you are good but pls check those things
We're shooting outdoors on a sunny day not studio... Definitely going to use HSS ... Aside that, this video is for educational purposes so I have to regulate my shutter speed for beginners to understand why you have to be changing it.... Thanks for sharing your opinion... But be mindful as well 👍.

Using high speed syn would have help. F point at 1.8, ISO at 100 and manipulating the aperture would have done the magic
