Definitely sounds like solid advice, for marketing and building up a new business. I especially liked the idea creating short 1 minute videos about a variety of topics, would be helpful with improving speech skills as well.

Thanks Kevin for the RUclips video, its always good to get some insight to what works and what doesn’t when trying to build up a relationship with real-estate firm. I find when I drop off cards at a real-estate office, I get to meet a really nice receptionist, as I walk away I think “Where is the trash can located?” I have made about 30 business card deliveries in the past month in the Twin City’s so far. Only 1 time I got a call from one of the real-estate office to come back for a fireplace chat with the owner/broker. It was about a hour long chat that felt like an interview.
The “dropping off the business cards” approach isn’t very efficient, for sure. But, with start-up cost & Covid-19 and all of the other “Pot Holes” that is associated getting a business on it feet, its hard to stop the $$$ bleeding of its assists.

Great video Kevin, thanks for putting that together for us! A few agents have mentioned other home inspectors are teaching CE at their offices. Do you think that's a worthwhile endeavor?
Absolutely! Anything you can do to provide real value is worth the time!
Isn't the industry turning from Realtor telling the buyer what to do vs the buyer finding their own Home Inspector.
Slowly, but an increasing amount of buyers do search in Google for their own inspector. That is why you need to have a solid website and focus on getting Google Reviews!
