Midpack Mania okay thanks man I was just wondering for size reference I was thinking of getting a cc100x and then buying a 208cc engine from princess auto and doing an engine swap just wasn’t sure if the frame would be big enough or if I should just get a ct200 instead I just like how mini the 100 is
Mike Fawc with these engines only being $100 it’s honestly all the power you’d want on this thing haha. Half the time I’m just cruising it without even hitting the throttle.

I am doing the swap currently but a little confused with the stock throttle system on the harbor freight predator motor. Do I remove that? Cause the mikuni has the spot for the throttle cable? Just a little confused on this part! Thanks so much.
The BT200X (big tube) is taller stronger frame with front shocks & 8” wheels instead of 6”. The one to have for 13 to adult toy. (Rural King or order from Walmart) Remove the governor & add juggernaut converter (gopowersports) and you have a 50 mph mini bike. Buy a rear wheel with brake assembly from Coleman and swap it in for front brakes. Stupid fun for cheap & minimal work.
@@MidpackMania I know, but the chain that I had slipped and bent so I can us that anymore. So I was wondering how many chain links I needed for a new and better one
Nicholas Jackson in that case, just break the chain where you bent it, and use another chain to re add the links. If you haven’t fixed it already that is.. sorry for the misinformation on the chain. I haven’t had to upgrade the chain, but that chain in the link is what we use for everything so we have a bunch and usually just build one to length.
Its_Crazy just updated the parts list in the description for the carb upgrade kit, you don’t NEED to order that cam either, honestly just by upgrading the high flow on the carb it’s gonna rip.
fishingtwister I think the Cc100x is just the cheapest model. Plastic fenders etc where as the ct100u has the better frame/metal fenders. Haven’t used one personally tho.
fishingtwister yeah for me I just happened to catch this one on sale at Walmart and planned on modding it up anyway, if it’s for a kid the ct100u definitely seems like a more sturdy/safe bike. I wouldn’t buy a Cc100x again.
Yiovanni Rivas haven’t done an actual read, but when we build race motors similar to this they’ll hit 50-55 or so. Might be a little sketchy hitting that on this bike tho lol.
I rode the bike today for the first time in a while and I did notice a good amount of vibration actually. I’m gonna add a solid piece of rubber between the motor and frame and maybe it’ll cut it down a bit.
These Colemans look a lot like my Motovox. I put a Briggs Raptor on mine. Giving it away if I don't sell it before I reach 1500 subscribers. Looks like y'all have as much fun like myself with all the toys. Definitely earned my sub.
Bellagio A .038 is the recommended with a high flow air filter and header. You can tell because the motor will feel like it’s sputtering like it’s not getting enough fuel.
For a more aggressive Cam absolutely, for the cam used here and linked in bio its basically an improved stock cam. You should still always run a billet flywheel, but we’ve raced engines built near exact to this for 20+ races without issue, certain classes do not permit the use of a billet flywheel and rod. I’d never throw a 308 cam in an engine without a complete billet setup lol, but for this build we used mild parts and ensured everything was torqued to spec, it’s mainly for cruising the pits anyway.
@@Trains_n_stuff08 wrong fuel/air ratio to make up for the upgrades at the time so idled high, then mid pandemic couldn’t order a proper header to fit a mini bike and had to use the stock mower style one that was on it. Looks like the old Doodlebug DB30.
Mounts are the same actually, for me it js bolted right up
Are ya good to go, Red beard Jr.
why is the clutch backwards
To line up up the sprocket. It works either way.
if you remove the governor you can reach 35-40 miles
I like the way you work , MORE POWER. ‼️‼️‼️
is it ok to run motor that way with clutch that way
is it acceptable to have the clutch facing that way ?
It doesn’t matter which way it goes
What was the top speed
how much links on your chain?
Did u use the same clutch
Same clutch is too small for the predator crank. Snag the max torque I have listed in the description.

@@MidpackMania yeah I think it might fit I love this Coleman model so I’m thinking abt doing this swap thanks for the info and nice vid
i had one in alaska
Nice

If you don’t take the governor out do I still need to do all that work on the throttle
Cheetahz Shotz if you leave the governor you can just run the throttle cable straight to that piece on the motor and bypass everything else.
So I don’t have to bend anything

I ordered a 3/4 Bore 35 chain clutch is that the right one?
