There are 3 major things to be investigated and complete Police in justice to the case even if the person has criminal record and extortion. The PSI should be banned for life and punished . Doctor who gave clear certificate must be held responsible. There is clear evidence that there are is so much hatred and anger in this PSI shown to thus victim , therefore he should never be in Police force . Definitely government wants to safeguard Assagao case and this case.
