Hello friends,
Today i am going to prepare roath.Now you ask me what is roath??roath is a traditional kashmiri cookie, which is sweet in taste.
kashmiri roath recipe is an easy sweet cookie recipe.This is also called as traditional kashmiri cookie.This is a very healthy recipe.As it contains lot's of dry fruits.so, without wasting time.let's cook kashmiri roath.
Ingredients:
ROATH ..TRADITIONAL KASHMIRI COOKIE.
1 1/2 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
4 tsp milk powder
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 cup milk (as required)
