Chechi Nan ee comment idunnathu I was baking in India and was running business also. I am very fond of your cakes and the presentation. I too have a youtube channel too Alpha Angel'sworld.
We have recently moved to UK. After reaching here when ever I bake, I don't get the perfect texture and all for the cake that I used to get when I was in India.. sometimes my cakes top got hard and it won't get properly bake inside in the middle...Why it happens? Is it because of the temperature here or the products that we get here???
He we don't get whipping cream instead double cream we gets. And I used to add icing sugar and get that to stiff peeks.
Can you please help me to get prefect cakes here as my two daughters birthdays are on next week so that I can get the perfect cake that I was getting when I was in India..I am totally desperate
