That ending was pure Field of Dreams right there, yet it still felt awesome and not ripped off. Nintendo really knew what they were doing with this game. Well, they always should, since they're not only a Japanese company, they used to own the Seattle Mariners. It was only last year that they sold the team to someone else.

This game was IMPOSSIBLE when I was kid. Mind you I never fully utilized stealing bases or when to advance to another base, so I raged a lot during the flower campaign. As a grown ass nigga finally beat special, unlocking a few all stars along the way (Mario included)

I actually just unlocked Luigi, Yoshi, and Monty Mole as All Stars for regular play. Almost had Mario but decided to finish his star missions for another time. I could never get the perfect game, it’s so hard

I remember watching Angels in the Outfield, the player on third base needs to run on the pitch before the batter successfully bunts the ball to be a squeeze play.

Challenge (Special) Was Sure Hard But It Was Worth Recruiting Every Teammates Just Like Challenge in Wii Sequel Mario Super Sluggers. :)

How does a squeeze bunt work? Because I saw a video where he got this mission to "Drop A Successful Squeeze Bunt", so he made the runner advance to home and bunted and the ball landed in fair territory and the runner heading home wasn't tagged out and he STILL failed!

For it to have been a squeeze bunt, Baby Mario had to start running before Yoshi hit the ball (aka he needed to start stealing as the pitch was thrown)
