While I found this a basic lesson, it opened my eyes to the circle of fifths progression. I'm trying to learn the fretboard, and unfortunately there aren't any black keys on a ukulele. I put small coloured postit notes on my piano, and now my piano has strings. But as we go around the circle of fifths, the names make sense. I IV vii° iii vi ii V I Tonic - subdominant - leading tone - mediant . sub-mediant - supertonic - dominant - tonic Merci.
I'm pleased you were able to recognize the circle of fifths through the information offered in this lesson. Theory is very inter-related and fits together like puzzle. Best wishes with your continued progress playing ukulele! 🎶
