Dear sir, when I change the UCS and try to draw a line the line gets offset and the crosshair blinks somewhere and the line is drawn somewhere in AutoCAD 2015. Please do suggest some tips and tricks.

while using offset all the commands u used were good but when im using them i see difference in the distance of offset when checked for example i give value of 5 meter then it shows a distance of 5.45 or lesser than 5. what should i do to solve this problem?

How to fix AutoCAD Offset Error? Offset line is not drawn in perfect way. It is drawn in z-axis instead of x or y-axis.
