I love this version of Bane - his intelligence shines through as well as his brawn - before the venom scrambled his brain. Origins is a very underrated game.
That said... Is Deathstroke in this line? It's all about Slade man.

He is the ultimate street level Boss no matter what. Steroids with ninja training and wrestling slams combined. Also a master strategist. Bane is a dawg.
I have always been a big fan of Bane's background story. They dont always do him justice in the comics. I was taken back when he first hit the scene.
A lot of writers make the poor decision of making him a "dumb but strong" incredible hulk type of guy. When in reality he's supposed to be super-humanly intelligent and a master strategist/tactician.
Even at a one third scale that bane looks like he could still kick my ass.
Sick! I love how you did the brief history of Bane. Definitely continue with that aspect of your statue reviews.

Yeah man don't think I'm ever gonna fully appreciate museum poses. But the scuplt quality is great. Love the pop of color from the tubes. Loving these reviews Gem, these P1 pieces are insane and where I started my collection back in the Harley Quinn era. I never really looked at this Bane, this guy is sick! Killin it as always Gem!
Bane is probably my favorite villain from DC and at 2:32 i was thinking "i know they did not do him dirty and give this man a bald spot on his unmasked portrait!" and then you turned it and it was just a glare from a light lmao

Teeth are dope GEM and the face looked so good the eyes catching the light it gave a life like glaze with the paint white spot touch Great job show casing this one! the Batman is what my kids are digging on right now so had paused the video to let them check this out too!!

When I first saw this Bane I liked the fact that costume design is a balance between classic and Nolan Bane uniform. GREAT!

Love that you can see the venom flowing into his veins, great paint to make the skin translucent. Arms do a bit tiny but that might be because his biceps are so huge. Reminds me of the kid in A Christmas Story: “I can’t put my arms down!”

He look cool like he's telling Batman I'm coming for you but for me Bane has always been the bulkier dude like the Sideshow Collectibles Premium format one. Like the fights in the cartoons where he becomes like a monster is crazy.
Kinda wish they went back to these one box shippers. Yea older piece but it’s still dope!! Always preferred this one over the Mercenary version.
That thing is massive. Unmasked is is great paint. The veins where the tubes connect are thick and discolored. Overall good stuff.
