Why does the subependymoma look like it has heterogenous central enhancement if non enhancing? Other examples I've seen showed absolutely no enhancement.
That one does, and it's common to have a little bit of enhancement. However, it's much less enhancing than other tumors like ependymoma, central neurocytoma, and choroid plexus tumors
