    Doesn’t the walks count as movement? Who said it had to be hardcore gym time each day? Looks realistic to me. Goals met🙌🏾🔥

      Very true. Just gotta get your body moving. I try to take at least 12,000 steps a day at least. ❤

    Showing up for you!!! My week 3 is kicking my ass. I weigh in on the 26th not looking forward to it. But you are keeping at it and I love that for you. On mental health days, it can be so tough to push through but you got this

      Im on week 3 and i got on the scale and it looks like ive gained a couple pounds.😢 but im not gonna get discouraged imma keep at it.

      @@ciaremore2389 yes we have to keep at it. I'm too nervous. I was 8lbs down. I'll keep the post posted on what I lost on the 26th. I'll be transparent

    You inspired me to do the same for myself!! I'm on Day 4 of 30, and I'm trying to focus on moving my body for my mental health not for a number on the scale. (Although it'll be nice to be back under 200😅) I appreciate your posts, long and short form. Keep inspiring us, Girlie!! Love ya!! ✨🩷

    Amazing! You are already being consistent enough, if your goal is to move in some way everyday. It's completly understandable to have less intensity days, I'd say it is much better to listen to your body to intuitively follow its guidance, and let it dictate high versus low intentsity! And good things take time too!! Big love from Australia btw ❤ And your cat is adorable!!

    Keep going and eventually you will see the results. I’m not sure what your goals are but for me I lift heavy 3-4x a week and usually end with some cardio on the tred. I want to get stronger for sure. You look great either way but however you want to feel is all that matters ❤

    I felt that pepper spray comment. I had to bring something too on my early morning jogs. I go very early to avoid ppl but someone will always find time to bother you.🫤 Stay safe be careful love. 💕

    What is your goal? Just moving everyday? That can come in many forms. It doesnt have ro be in the gym. If your goal is to transform your body, 90% is diet.

    You need massages, acupuncture and REST. Are you sleeping? Give yourself 9 to 10 hours a night. Do the 7 minutes s.i.t. workouts on RUclips. And get your hormones checked.

    You are not going to lose weight just with 30 minutes of exercise a day alone. Diet is 95%of it. This is still a great goal and really good for you, but you would have to RUN for an hour to burn a McDonald's cheesburger or roughly 300 calories. There are 3600 calories in a pound
