    No offence, but I found the video a bit to understand.
    First, there was sewing in the beak. That really stressed me out because I'm not the strongest at sewing.
    Second, you talk a bit fast. I had to slow it down but that didn't help.
    (Quick note: This is just my opinion on the video, I am not meant to be harmful or upsetting in any way)

      Hi! For the beak you can look up how to embroider a chicken beak and it is really easy once you know how to do it! Hope this helps!

    mine turned out ok it was not very beginner and i found the written parts very confusing because there were other steps to the face turned out a lil crooked but other than that it was cute it took like 1hr and 30 mins.

    Hi, yet another smashing tutorial. I didn’t have suitable coloured yarn but was so eager to make a start that my little chick ended up being purple with a black beak and comb! 🤭 Thanks again, from North East England

    Most often I put crochet videos on mute and just read the pattern on the screen, I messed up on the first row bc in R1 the pattern says "sc in 2nd ch from hook" but in the video she said to do an "inc" 😂 if any of ya'll r like me just do a "inc" in the first ch and ur good. Ps. I love this pattern already ❤❤❤

    This is taking me 2 days so far, and there is sewing part on the beak. Luckily I have a needle for this but you talk very fast too. Slowing it down doesn’t help. Sorry if this is a rude comment but I love the outcome. The tutorial is for someone who isn’t a beginner but isn’t a pro. I still don’t understand what an increase is and what the difference is from an increase and a double stitch.

    • @KeepCalmAndCrochet
      @KeepCalmAndCrochet  2 месяца назад +1

      @@Paulinabobrowicz-cf6cc That’s fair enough. everyone has a different opinion. Increase is when you work 2sc in the same stitch so you could call it double stitch but the technical term is “increase”
