Possibly great information. But it would be nice to “dumb” it down a bit so that those of us who are not doctors or scientists can understand it.

I eat mostly plant based but use a product that has all 72 micro and macro nutrients and 70 to 80 grams of fiber along with Nattokiniace and K2-MK7 and D3, Nitric Oxide, Amla for vitamin C, and Krill Oil for Omega 3. Pluss, I add NMN, Feinstein, and Sirt 6.

I’m 62 and my mom has Alzheimer’s. I’m going to get tested. When he is talking If you start early when it comes to PS1 and PS2. What age group defines early ??? 😢 Does oil pulling get rid of P. Gingivalis ?

    • @lindajones4849

What he means by starting eArly is you should get tested as soon as you start having symptoms even if they are mild. Because your mom has Alzheimer's you are at increased risk and should be inactive prevention even if you have no symptoms. Correct ( if needed) your diet by dropping ultraprocessed food, getregular exercise, restorative sleep , avoid toxins as able, avoid molds. See his books. Get vitamin D checked, check fasting blood sugar and fasting insulin. If you have insulin resistance start dietary and lifestyle changes NOW. Good luck

Multiple nutrient deficiencies too. And many of the modern highly refined & processed ‘pseudo-foods’ foment those deficiencies - not just from a lack in the food, but also because it creates a higher demand within the body.

    • @lindajones4849

Hi Alison: Processed food has high levels of added sugars which will cause high levels of insulin levels which can cause insulin resistance. Alzheimer's is also known as type 3 diabetes which meansinsulin resistance in the brain. There are other causes such as toxic chemicals or mold toxins or hormonal insufficiencies

The majority of Americans do not have sufficient TIME AND MONEY to follow this advice, especially since most naturopathic or functional medicine isn't covered by insurance. There's got to be a more simple way.

As a late-in-life Christian, I am not wedded to the idea of a young earth of only 4,000 years; no, not at all. How is this? I don't know, and I don't let it bother me. The Grand Canyon was not created in less than 4,000 years -- more like 70 million years!

I take it you're referring to the bit about evolution. The guest still has a good point that the APO genes help people survive by fighting infections and repairing damage. Whether people got the genes through Creation or evolution, it's still a survival mechanism.
