Helps the Dark Brotherhood who wipes out the imperial guard and assassinated the emperor like twice or something. Also kills his cousin who ran the East Empire Trading Company.
Gives the Eye of Magnus to Psijics a rouge mage organization in the eyes of the empire, whilst silencing the research and development team sent from the imperial city halting further imperial progression.
Empowers the Thieves Guild who preys upon as well disruptes Imperial trade routes
Joins the Companions who hold traditional Nord values and is either indifferent to the war itself or sympathetic to the Stormcloaks.
Helps the Forsworn who doesn't like foreign policy at all anyways and stresses both imperial and Stormcloaks resources.
Joins the Stormcloak, who are stretching the empire thin and whose leader is a Thalmor Sleeper Agent. Also kills General Tulius ..
By becoming thane of all holds and having the jagged crown technically makes the dragonborn the high king/queen of skyrim...

Psijics are 100% GOOD GUYS or at the very least Ethical Isolationists...They are NOT aligned to the Thalmor or Altmer government at all! (Which is the very reason they HELPED us in the first place! They dislike or despise or distrust the Thalmor as well!)
Their whole deal was to make sure the world as a whole isn't threatened by UNCONTROLLABLE magics which is exactly what the Eye of Magnus is! It's only safe and secure in their hands no if's or but's about that.
Even the Empire would abuse the powers of a GOD to get what they want! Which would either lead to the Empire becoming evil/corrupt or would cause their downfall through self-destruction.
Ulfric is an Thalmor Asset NOT a Puppet or Sleeper Agent...He actively despises the Thalmor and they can't control him. The reason they consider him an asset is directly because they want the Civil War to be prolonged as long as possible to weaken the Empire...The only way that can occur is if the Stormcloaks continue fighting the Imperials and vice versa. The situation is "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" it is NOT "he's our bitch". If we could tell Ulfric about the dossier he's be the first one pissed off and might just have cease-fire with the Empire to attack the Thalmor instead!
The Companions are Honorable and Highly Respected in EVERY Hold in Skyrim! Just because they're Werewolves DOESN'T make them morally evil...Just as Serana and Janus are good Vampires the Circle of the Companions are Good Werewolves. (Who we can even cure if they so wish! Giving someone the chance to choose where they go for eternal peace instead of being forced to this or that place...Is what you'd consider an ethical action.) The Silver Hand and Vigilants of Stendarr are what are morally considered Extremist Zealots at best and Mass Murderers at worst. They aren't right whatsoever by any logically proven moral philosophy, They're dead wrong to believe ALL undead or lycanthropes deserve to die or suffer...That isn't a sane human belief to have.
The choice between the Forsworn and the Silverbloods is literally Murderers or Corrupt Murderers...You're damned if you do and damned if you don't there's no paragons of virtue in Markarth! And honestly the Forsworn aren't wrong about the Reach it was in fact Their Ancestral Lands NOT the Nords who came in and conquered it by force! Sure the Forsworn's methods to try to take it back are wrong but it's also wrong how the Nords "claimed" it in the first place! The Reach shouldn't legally be Skyrim!
Yeah the Dark Brotherhood and Theives Guild are evil and bad respectively that's actually true. But for the rest there's simply a lot of grey area you're refusing to see for whatever reasons.

Keep in mind that the Last Dragonborn's story is hardly over. They are about to be thrust into the Second Great War, regardless of whether they sided with the Imperials or Stormcloaks. If they sided with the Imperials, then the Aldmeri Dominion needs to strike before the Empire reconsolidates its power over Skyrim to the point where they can march the Imperial army out of Skyrim and to Cyrodil's southern border. If they sided with the Stormcloaks, then the Thalmor ought to attack the Empire while animosity between Skyrim and the Empire is still at its peak, when the Stormcloaks are least likely to join forces with the Empire to stop the Thalmor, even if they get to keep their independence.
Does anyone really think the Dragonborn could sit this conflict out? He's already made himself an enemy of the Thalmor regardless of which side he's on, and the Thalmor remember what happened the last time a Dragonborn with a large degree of political influence got power hungry and it's everything they are fighting against now. If the Dragonborn chose to stay out of the Second Great War, the Thalmor would come for him. So he'll fight. And in the midst of this chaos and destruction, it could be awfully tempting to just use the Bend Will shout and order the Aldmeri Dominion to surrender, or slaughter each other. And if the Dragonborn becomes the hero of the Second Great War, in the wake of Titus Mede's assassination and a potentially vacant Imperial throne, could he really resist his nature to dominate?

Power corrupts. Once the Dragonborn learns just how powerful they are, it’s only a matter of time until they abuse/push the limits of what they’re capable of.
Even if it’s just a single moment, and afterwards the Dragonborn never lets evil into their heart ever again, that’s all it would take to change the world irreversibly.
There are so many chances to do things for the sake of doing it, regardless of morality in Skyrim. If you do every quest and go into every location at least once, it’s hard to argue that the Dragonborn isn’t seriously messed up, probably evil.

Paarthunax did mention the greed of dragons somewhere, so if they're soul lies in your character then you too are subject to greed. It's exactly why you throw yourself at every dungeon/dwarven ruin you can find, the riches within call to you. And lore-wise, the DB would likely be a Nord, and seeing as he's the second most powerful Dragonborn to ever live, Herma-Mora just a book away to help you enhance your powers to permanently control dragons, and now you look like the greatest candidate for High King/Queen of Skyrim there ever was. And since each and every Daedric Prince let you become their champion, it seems like each of them will take a part of your soul when you die. Greed wins again!

Well the Last Dragonborn is pretty much solidly in Hermaeus Mora’s grasp and debt at the end of the Dragonborn DLC, so I think that if they tried to dominate the continent they’d have to do something like Miraak did, history repeating itself. If not well then they’d be stuck in Apocrypha right before they die or after they die. I guess Hermy would allow the Dragonborn to do whatever until then, including ruling over an empire though

I doubt Bethesda would make the dragonborn the antagonist in The Elder Scrolls 6 because bethesda generally keeps past protagonists anonymous, only referring to them by their title (The Champion of Cyrodil, The Hero of Kvatch, The Nerevarine, The Last Dragonborn) though it could be interesting if Bethesda decided to start giving canon identities to past protagonists.

OK, this may sound silly, but the big problem with many empires, benign or malevolent, lies not with the ultimate ruler, but with those serving him. So much is done by other in the name of a ruler that very careful vetting must be done to ensure that the policies are carried out as instructed by said ruler. eg You have a nice guy in charge, concerned with making sure things are going well for everyone. What about his main advisers? Are they good people? Because they also wield the power of the king/emperor, just in his name. You get one bad seed in that lot, everything goes to hell. Same with an evil ruler, except you may get a someone who tries to mitigate the worst of the damage.

I feel like canonically the Dragonborn will end up evil no matter what, simply by the power-hungry mentality he/she has.
I think canonically he has 100% in skyrim, he has all the dragon priest masks, all the Daedric Artifacts, Killed the Emperor, is the champion of at least 3 different Daedras, has all the shouts, Is thane of all nine holds, holds the blood of the vampires and possibly even blotted out the sun (though I'm unsure of that one)
It only makes sense for the character because at his/her core he craves power and I think will do nearly anything for even an ounce more even kill my boy Partysnax.

I'd say him killing Harkon and not using the bow to end the sun makes him more good then bad. Because at that point the dragonborn was just as likely as not to be a vampire lord. And not having to deal with the sun would be a huge power grab. At least as Harkon was selling it. We all know it was the dumb idea. And even if the dragonborn knew it was, it proves he is smart enough to know a bad idea when he sees one. As he is not a full dov and not as strongly tempted as the base instincts of the dragon. He would not have his judgements clouded to make the same mistake that lead to tyrants being over thrown.

The answer to that question is as varied as it is subjective; in NONE of my playtrhoughs of TESV, with any character I've made did they CHOSE to be Dragonborn, the power(s) and the title was simply thrust upon my character, who usually BARELY utilized shouts except in dire situations or to escape or something like that. They never used it to grab power or to dominate MAINLY doe to the reason/innate feeling that any victory achieved by/with that power would be hollow and not earned, since it wasn't won/achieved by their own power/merit. That's how I've always felt; also - when I actuall was playing through the main quest and embraced baing 'Dragonborn', I always tried to follow the Greybeards teachings and the Way of Jurgen Windcaller - IF - I was using my shouts at all.
I generally find being Dragonborn limiting and not flexible when I (role)play in Skyrim... but that's just me I guess.
IF I were ever to use the powers, it would be to help whatever faction (Stormclocaks/Empire) I've sided with ( if at all ) during the story and then drive the Thalmor completely out of Skyrim, Cyrodiil and the other 'provinces' and help restore order, but NOT to gain a position of power ( i.e. trying to be Emperor or something like that ), since I find it to be, again, very limiting and I don't like to be tied down.
After all's done and some resemblance of peace and order in Tamriel has been restored, my character would very much go exploring OUTSIDE the Tamriel continent and go to other continents ( i.e. Akavir ) or/and islands and live through countless adventures!
