Ingredients:
Fried Anchovies - 2 Cups
Fried Dried Chili - 10 Pcs
Bird’s Eye Chili (Optional) - 3-4 Pcs (For Extra Spiciness)
Onion - 1 Medium Sized Finely Chopped
Salt - As Required to taste (but mix together with onion)
Lime -1/2 Lime Juice

Hi! Shally Shally. Yes, you may use grinder but use pulse option. Pulse 1-2 times each ingredients separately and add in to a bowl and mix together. add salt and lime juice and It's done and ready to indulge. Hope this helps you. Have a good one 😄
How long this sambal can last?
Hi! It is best to consume fresh within a day. Normally Amma won't store this in fidge because once she makes this in a few second finish ready 😂 That's how good it is. I hope this helps you out, keep in touch and have a good one 😄
