The pond looks impeccable!!! You did an awesome job on it mate :D and straw/hay works great for ducks. I have a decent sized area so I just have grass and a bunch of bushes for the ducks but in their night time area I keep hay in it and it works great 👍also love the new intro!
My family has an above ground pool for swimming, and we just take it down in the winter. It has lasted us 5 years like this. Just take it down, put it in a box in the garage and set it up next year 😃
Could you share the link to the heater you put in new pond you just built and can't you keep water in the pool pond outside with filtration to keep water moving so it doesn't freeze and just put a cover on it to keep the leaves out of it
you should get a largemouth bass for that pond. it would be sick, very awesome fish. you definitelyhave the room for one. i had one and in a month he was hand trained. love the new intro
Dude, I love your videos, great explanation of how to build this indoor pond, seems easy enough to build, one day I hope to build this exact same pond when I buy a house btw you have a new subscriber 💪
Keep up the work I have 4 ducks 3 turtles a bearded dragon and 3 leopard geckos want to get some more fish and there’s a reptile expo today so might pick up something
Just ran into your videos over on tiktok. Love how you help all the animals out. I have a huge Oscar in a 65 gallon tank. But I feel that it may not be big enough. What is your advice on tank size to fish size?
Is it an adult oscar? Once it is you will want a 90-100 gallon minimum for one oscar. They are very finicky fish they need clean water and space. I will be honest those are some of the most difficult fish to keep.
He's about 13 inches long. And 3 years old. I came home one day my father had him in a tank. At that time he was about 1 inch. I've upgraded tanks twice now. I don't have room for 100 gallons. Definitely don't want him to suffer or die. Hes got a great personality. I believe at this point then I may try and find him a better home. Do you know the best way to find a rescue for a fish. I don't just want to give him to anyone.
Ok so if I were you I would find a facebook group for your area and see if someone could take him/her. We have some great groups around us with ppl who are always looking to help out
planning on building this same exact pond in my garage in a few months, currently insulating the garage and planning the electrical work i'll need done to do it. My question to you is, since you've built this already and have had it for 2 years, have you run into any problems? should I buy thicker wood to help support the 1000 gallons long term? Any advice you want to give?
i don't know how it was built but water weighs 8 pounds per gallon and always pushing to level out. in my basment i would use block and grout it. on second story. consider you're parking a volkswagon up there that alway's looking for a way out.even right through you're bed room or living room.
Lucky kids! great parents! This would have been like my dream to grow up in this environment as a kid!

I suggest bark for it can help keep them warm and mix it with straw it will soak up quite quick

Horse pellets for horse stalls put it down first then pine shaving over top the horse pellets will absorb the moister and help keep the bedding dry
What are the physical dimensions for the thousand gallon indoor pond?
Straw and sawdust inside for ducks outside just grass and a small pond
Turn the pool pond into an ice rink haha
That is probably the largest red devil I have ever seen
And he has an even bigger personality lok
Beautiful setup
Only Question your not worried if the turtles eat your fishes

Did a whole video on it right here ruclips.net/video/5zhs1QWCwUg/видео.html
Is the heater expensive to run?
So I cant tell exactly how much it is but I will say it def is drawing a ton of juice so its probably a little more than the normal heater.
Love the vids guys keep it yp
Thanks for the support much appreciated!
I live on the second floor of a old building, any recommendation’s?
