Hello please🙏, I am new when it comes to investing and i would really appreciate if I could get some tips about where it is worth to invest in (BTC, XRP, ETH, SOL etc.)
As I navigate the crypto trading and investing space for the first time, l've come to appreciate the significance of having a professional guide, and I feel privileged to have had the chance to learn from a trusted crypto trader and analyst.
Finite supply is good. Big Business speculation out there but likely to be regulated heavily by governments moving forward and unlikely to have widespread utility (like its' original intention). More going to just be held as a paper asset. Not my type of investment personally, for a decent chunk of my net worth. If you had lots of spare cash, I guess why not
@lukewiles1 hoopers, werribee, frankston as examples 🫡.. There's not a lot of co-relation particularly in recent history on proximity to the city and capital growth (yep co-relation doesn't = causation 😀).. There's definitely some opportunity in Melbourne though at that "affordable" price point, as you say it comes down to someone's brief 🙏
@@jefmiles8296 appreciate the examples! nice to get a direct response haha. The main reason I ask for distance, is if you don't quote suburbs. It's all about like you said the finances (ie "afforadability") and the overarching strategy. Those examples do look like the have a lot of surrounding land supply, just at a glance. But I'm no melbourne guru lol.
@@lukewiles1 haha gotta be a touch careful of narre warren it is close by and does have potential land supply.. vital to dig into the BA (building approvals) side of things Appreciate the open mind 🙂! Thoughts with you and the fam after the video the other day as well 🥲.. broke my heart hearing that 😳
@ For sure! There's always a deal to be had, anywhere in my opinion. I just happen to specialise / focus on Brissy with my investments + business. Always enjoted listening to your podcast. Mainly while doing driving around! Thank you.

I wonder how much the closure of Glencore's Mt Isa Copper Mine this year will effect Townsville's economy
How about Toowoomba, do you think it can grow further, thanks.
Certainly still think it has legs. About buying scarce locations for the right price in my opinion.
Any tips on getting credit score better. Mines really bad 😂😂
Don't miss any repayments? Hahaha. Not sure there's much more too it but repayments + time passing

She is Maria Andersen🥰🥰🥰
That's amazing! I'm also familiar with her work and have personally benefited from her platform.
Weekly earnings of 36k in profit.
I thought I was the only one she had guided through the challenges and setbacks of trading.
Bit off topic Luke but your thoughts on Bitcoin? Also my respects to you and your family in respect to your lovely wife. Take care.

Can definitely get 600-$800K suburbs in Melbourne with reasonable land size in established suburbs 🙏🤝
Nice! How many km's from the city we talking roughly?
