    Before commenting, please read:
    It seems that some people are really focused on audio and less on content. I know the audio quality isn’t the best here and I apologise to your ears! Volume cannot be adjusted after a video is uploaded.
    This video is from two years ago and since then I’ve worked on my video editing skills.
    Focus on what matters please.

    Just change the starting music of the video it hurts to the ears rest video is perfect and very helpful for the carrier

      The Channel itself says Supercharge. So the starting music is used to make you Super charge 😅😅

    So, my summary is:
    1. Be your unique self
    2. Think not what the company can do for you, think what you can do for the company
    3. Show and Tell, portfolio , souvenirs, medals etc (throw out modesty and humility)

    Amazing Video ma'am. I just wanted to tell you that the intro song of your video has a much greater volume than the rest of the video. It comes as a surprise while hearing you out. Is it possible to make the intro volume level equal to the level of your voice for the entire video?

    Hi, the content is amazing and very informative I really appreciate it sincerely. However, just a recommendation kindly make the filler music in beginning, in between and after the video lower in volume and suitable for the ears. I noticed that music in fillers in the videos is too loud and often times listener get freaked out. The volume when you speak is just perfect, just a recommendation there's just a need for music adjustment on music fillers all through out the video to make it more suitable for ears. Overall I really love your videos just except the loud music. Thank you for sharing your wisdom ❤❤

    I feel very empowered after listening to your tips..... I don't know if this particular area is covered somewhere in your posts...that is how do we approach when companies ask to give 3 references including current supervisor??? I'm not comfortable giving them this info... So I have sent my cv without this information.... Your take on this ma'am.....share broadly on the importance of references as we often ignore this....     Everything from Strategies to sample answer is just an opportunity to grow and learn just one thing I wanted to ask regarding the intro with super charge logo sound can it be reduced a bit as whenever I open your videos just my ear explodes with sudden burst of loud music, and I rush to find volume control options, but really thanks your tips are really useful.

    First of all thank you so much for this valuable information and I was just searching videos on interviews and there I found you. You are amazing mam. I always wanted to be an Hr executive but due to poor conditions of my family I couldn't have chance to do MBA. please suggest me any short term course after which I can easily get an Hr job.       you don't need a course or MBA, although they help. Go get some experience. Volunteer, get real work experience, get your hands dirty. You got this!!

    This is extremely helpful but would it be possible to do another video for Zoom/Face Time interviews?
    I notice when I have taken my virtual interviews I have to adjust my approach and responses.
    Very hard to show my charisma, people skills, and being able to read body language.
    Or maybe it's just me having these questions. THX anyways.
