Palliative Care at the IWK

This next story is about two families from Prince Edward Island who share one thing in common - their experience with the IWK Palliative Care Service. Providing support to patients and families faced with life-threatening illness, members of the team helped guide Anna Collins who was pregnant with her daughter and Simone and Nicholas McPhail and his family through an extremely difficult and frightening time.
