bro after applying group policy on OU we need to run that cli command on OU's user's system to apply that changes? if yes then how we can if we have 100 or more than 100 user in single OU??? and if answer is no then where we have to run that command "gpupdate/force"??

By default Group Policy tales 90mins to get updated. By using the gpupdate /force command we can force the update.
