Raw broccoli feel like it takes so long to chew, because it’s so dry that you force yourself to chew longer until you’re absolutely sure it’s crushed enough to swallow, and in the same time the darker part are like dry crumbles that spreads all over in your mouth including deep corners that your tonge can’t reach (an even huger pain if you have mouth ulcers.) 4:15 potatoes has very little amount of calories for something that can make you so full. Carbs are not "unhealthy" but you do get hungrier faster.
