You know, Tomley, I tried FPV with lots of different rc cars and trucks... From the toy grade that I modified to hobby grade, to the crawlers and offroads... I've had 1/10 RWD and AWD drifters and think AWD is just better for RC. You need a lot more room to get a RWD to drift, but an AWD will drift in inches like your video shows. I have an AWD MiniZ and it's worth it to a casual indoor user since there's no need to worry about an expensive dead lipo. There's also a huge aftermarket; I put lights in mine for more realism.
Miniz it's always quality. I been racing years ago with the 02 chassis rwd. I did use some third party upgrades .the battery's, it's always 4 3A, but you can get some great really high discharge rechargeable battery for the use. With full set of bearings and nice shocks, it performs awesome. MiniZ it's a good alternative for slot cars, if you really like the 1/32 - 1/24 scale.
I play with mine everyday they’re very addicting!!! 🤣🤣🤣I have the Calsonic GTR AWD version. I also have a RWD version. 👍👍👍👍 I absolutely love how the awd handles. So much fun drifting around the house. I switched to a solid rear axle and a one way front diff and it handles so much better. It is way more predictable then stock. It’s great either way once it’s out of training mode for sure 👍👍 It’s technically power sliding not drifting I believe 👍👍 great video looking forward to the comparison video with the WL toys drift car
