Classic Sherlock Holmes tale concerning Irene Adler, the one woman that had Sherlock's number. "A Scandal in Bohemia" is a short story featuring Arthur Conan Doyle's iconic detective, Sherlock Holmes. In the story, Holmes is hired by the King of Bohemia to retrieve a compromising photograph of the King with the American opera singer, Irene Adler, whom the King fears could jeopardize his impending marriage to a Scandinavian princess. Despite Holmes's clever disguises and astute observations, Adler outwits the detective by disguising herself as a man and observing his investigation.
