Sorry for the late reply. I don't have a video right now, but you use the in-dial at 9 o'clock to correct the time difference. I think you would adjust it according to the time difference between your area and Tokyo (-20 hours to +4 hours). To operate, first press the small button (A button) at the 8 o'clock position for 4 seconds and release it. When the second hand stops, you are in the time zone setting mode, so use the A button at 8 o'clock and the B button at 10 o'clock to set the time difference. You can now set the time zone, but I believe this movement will not function to receive radio waves if you set the time zone to a region other than Tokyo. Unfortunately, I do not know about those sold overseas.
