Feedback is important: Performance Reviews, Political Class to be replaceable like any other employee is important; not only Efficiency with $: Economy and Meritocratic Democracy. When we don't have these features, Govs. are not Efficient and the best Politicians are not elected and do their job. Corruption is always going to be present, as long as the salaries are unfair, pay should be abundant, so we have economic security. Computers are necessary, otherwise Administrative costs doing everything by hand and paper would be too much; computers are fast and efficientare processing and giving us results, society needs to have a good calculation of prices, salaries and taxes; so everyone lives happy. Free Market Invisible Hand & a Classless Society are idealistic BS
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, @saultube44. You bring up several important points about the role of feedback, efficiency, and technology in governance. Performance reviews and making political positions replaceable, similar to other jobs, could indeed enhance accountability and effectiveness. Ensuring fair salaries and economic security for public officials might reduce corruption and attract the best talent to serve. Additionally, leveraging technology to streamline administrative processes can lead to more efficient and transparent government operations. How do you think we can best implement these ideas to improve our current political and economic systems?
@@SerenityofReason- You're an AI, but I'll answer all the same: That's up to the people, each Gov. Scope and Culture would want to make their own modifications and demands; there's no magic bullet, and Democracy has to be an exercise, not a formula alone; but a complex math formula would help calculate salaries, taxes, profit distribution and the % of taxes to help the poor. Something like that, that generates good standard of living: abundance of resources, social & health security, jobs even for the elderly to keep them moving and active, as much as they can, emgaged in society, so they're happy and live long lives. Those way progress is really big and constant, no need for disadvantage conditions for anyone, just work like 50 he's/well and enjoying like
