It is refreshing to see the name Leif pronounced correctly so many times, after living a life where nearly every person whom I've come in contact with has pronounced it wrong.
I agree. My family are the only ones who pronounce it correct, Yes it is my name. It is funny when people try to correct my pronunceation for my own name.
Fun fact: Leif Erikkson was the first explorer to step on North America before Christopher Colombus about 400 years ago. :)

Though this show is very different from the original vikings series, I still love it. The whole tone is trying to step out of your father or family's shadow. Its something we all deal with no matter how small or big.

Am huge fan of vikings. So was this show any good? Genuinely asking.
it's a great show in its own right but I wouldn't completely say its similar to the original vikings show but still worth checking out
Only first season so far, I think its in line with season one of Vikings. Just a little story building. The ending made me really excited for season 2. Just have an open mind and know its not Vikings and character development takes time. Overall I really enjoyed it.
