We’ve got to acknowledge the coaching tweaks and lineups when it comes to Jalen’s perceived streakiness. Historically, Jalen improves with increased touches. Since his rookie season. He improves with increased pace. Since his rookie season. Both times he’s had an explosion in efficiency and overall game is when: 1. He gets more touches. Usually due to an injury (Sengun last year. Jabari this year) and FVV relinquishing on ball touches and 2. Amen starting next to him. Amen is always pushing the pace and turning games into track meets. Keep these things constant, and this will be Jalen, barring normal young 2 guard variances. Start letting FVV hound the ball again and spam Al-P pick and rolls, and Jalen will struggle
Sounds about right... The only thing, with the increase of Jalen touches along with Amen fast breaks, Sengun will struggle until learns how to shoot from the outside
I’m glad the team is finally starting understand the offense needs to run through Jalen Green. Sengun slows the team down, he needs to focus on rebounding and play making and being the secondary scoring option. Greens last game against OKC was pretty legendary too. Must win game to stay in the playoff hunt Rockets went 12-1 and lwon 10 straight some point. This was after Sengun went down.
There was a Players Meeting after those 2 terrible blown games Minnesota and Miami. Since then Jalen Green wants to Lead and be the Main Ball Handler along with Amen Thompson. Fred VanVleet should be a spot up shooter for most of the game. In the 4th quarter I want Jalen Green to take over the game.
I think Jalen has the ability and on a lesser team he'd average 30ppg. I just believe the Ime way is "different guy every night." That's just how he coaches. So you'll see a game where Jalen scores 12 but Sengun goes for 34 and Amen with 22. What I'd like to see is Jalen become the closer instead of FVV taking 12 threes in the 4th quarter.
If you'd have been watching every game you'd know that Jalen is finally being optimized. THE BALL IS IN HIS HANDS and not FAT MAN VLEET slowing the game down with Jalen stuck in the corner praying for the pass.
Dwyane Wade, LeBron James, Chris Bosh of Miami is similar to the Rockets. Plus Carmelo Anthony in Cam Whitmore. Dwyane Wade - Jalen Green LeBron James - Amen Thompson Chris Bosh - Jabari Smith Carmelo Anthony - Cam Whitmore Kawhi Leonard - Tari Eason Steve Nash - Reed Sheppard
If it is not a "hot streak" the NBA is in trouble.
Fast like Mbappe, hops like Ja.. JG is something.

@@djmill8000 I agree Sengun needs to learn that or else he’s holding the team back
This is a good analysis i didn’t think of it like that
Agreed let Jabari have the 6th man spot with tari Eason and let Jabari get a whole bunch more shots let him run the bench offense more so
Listen to yall everyday first time checking out the youtube! Love yall

College players come to the nfl 21-24. NBA teams have to relax and develop their young players.
Houston rockets coaching staff has finally got it into the rockets players that Jalen Green has the keys so get out of the way;
