There are three extremities. It’s Ryan (who’s legit terrified), MatPat (who is delighted), and John (who has basically doesn’t care). Everyone else is in between.
To be fair, John is basically the most unflappable Let's Player; nearly nothing gets to him.

I’m guessing the reason you die from windup music man is because the vents too small for you to fight him in, which is why he doesn’t go outside the vents to chase you. You could easily step on him if he was outside.

Around fnaf ucn he said it was phobia. It mainly how they made his design.
When he played ucn he developed a phobia for music man because of his music getting louder and louder before he jumpscres you. Also his design contriutes to the phobia.
What the other two up me said, I haven't watch a single video of him but for what I have seen on other FNAF SB reaction recopilations, Ryan apparently has Aracnophobia so that adds to it, and I don't really know if it's just fear of Music Man or he actually is afraid of spiders and both combined made him tear up and feel sick, which is the start of a panic attack
there are people who have a genuine phobia of sounds getting louder and louder as they're seemingly coming closer to you - that and also the creepy design. but it's mainly his mechanics in the ucn that made him terrified of him
