  • HAS ENDED (Suspiria) - NOT THE NEWS - A BRAIN IN A BOTTLE
    Jahrhunderthalle Frankfurt Germany
This has been one of the most touching concerts in all the many years I have attended concerts in almost all genres.
Since 1979 I am an enthusiastic concertgoer and there are many touching moments that have been burned into my soul. This concert is part of it!

Love that he started with “Has Ended”, my favorite of the Suspiria soundtrack.

Does anyone know what synth Yorke uses when hes live? Im aware his earlier work utilized the Prophet 05 and some of his TKOL stuff was the Prophet 08 but im not sure was he uses in a live setting.

@@cap9smile You have to dig deep to understand someone you like. Listen to interviews, read bios, i believe he has stated the Aphex Twin influence a few times, but he definitely said it for the Kid A album. Richard James from Aphex Twin has his own unique style of music. He has been working with stuff since the 90's. If you listen to "Fingerbib" for example, by Aphex Twin., it sounds like the cousin of "Kid A" on the Kid A album, it's track 2. But in my honest opinion, Radiohead has gotten a little too overrated for me. I stopped listening to them after Amnesiac, when their music lost it's taste, at least to me. I do like a few songs here and there, but overall no. I lost love...

I saw them in New Orleans back in the fall, and it was really, really good. I’ve seen Radiohead 9 times, and I can think of two shows that didn’t sound so good. But, when it’s good, it’s exceptional.

The crowd was completely entranced in a shoegaze kind of way, unlike radiohead shows where fucking retards scream every minute they can and won't shut the fuck up. Here the true fans come to listen and take the experience in. Radiohead is more mainstream than thom's solo stuff so there is less normies in this audience, thus less autistic screaming. Definitely not a dead crowd though.

@@Brucewayne-tj7kj Oh you poor. We had great luck in Frankfurt. We sat directly above the mixer (first row) and had perfect sound. That's the only reason why I was able to film everything. The phone stood on my leg and did not bother anyone. I only shoot when I can hold the camera in front of my own body and don't bother anyone.
