This sounds suspiciously more and more like a Justin Roiland bit the longer it goes on. The voice isn't close, but you can tell the guy is just making it up as he goes and his choice of filler words matches Roiland pretty well.
I’m actually really proud of this poor guy. He’s trying his best. He really commits to it. I just want to hug this guy, then pinch the Disney execs in the face that made him do it

@Physical Actually Disney XD is only for reruns now, they moved the XD shows (Ductales 2017, Star Vs, Big Hero 6 Series, etc) to Disney Channel. These good quality shows don't deserve to be a channel this bad.
This sounds like the guy has no script and no talent. And for the clips of him talking, why did they re-record Ralph? He is already voiced in those scenes. Why did they also use clips from the Wii game? I have that game, and it’s not really even that good. Overall terrible by Disney standards, it feels like they are not even trying with Disney channel anymore.
Disney's shows are entering a fairly good period again... but their commercials have basically been at a consistently lower quality since about when the original movie surfers (not this one) stopped airing. Maybe a little later? IDK.
