    Ingredients
    Coconut -3tbsp
    Clove -1
    Cinnamon -1
    Fennel seeds -1pinch
    Oil -3tbsp
    Whole garam masala -
    Onion -1
    Green chilli -2
    Ginger -1tsp
    Garlic -1tbsp
    Salt -
    Curryleaves -
    Tomato -2
    Chilli Powder -1/4tsp
    Kashmiri Chilli Powder -11/2 tsp
    Coriander Powder -2tsp
    Turmeric Powder -1/4tsp
    Garam Masala -1/2tsp
    Coriander Leaves -
    Method
    Grind Coconut and spices together to a fine paste and keep aside .
    Heat oil in a kadai ,add whole spices ,then add green chilli ,curry leaves , onion ,ginger ,garlic ,salt and saute till translucent ..
    Then add all powders and saute till raw smell goes ..
    Now add tomato and mix well ,close the kadai and cook for 5 minutes ..
    Now add water and mix well .. Again close and cook well ..
    Now open and cook another 5 minutes ..
    Then add ground masala and mix ,cook well till the oil seperates ..
    Finally add coriander leaves and check the taste .
    serve with parotta ,chapati ,idli etc ..
