Certain plastics are definitely not good for baking. (Google can give a detailed list.) Open windows and a fan are always a good idea! You can achieve the same effect outdoors with a strong hair dryer!
I feel like everything Molly touches turns into something beautiful. I can't replicate that even if I try.
