The new ones are worse. Stick with Fly6 Gen2. I have both Fly6 Gen2 and Fly6 Gen3 here are the differences: Gen2: - Is always discoverable by bluetooth, meaning can be turned on/off on-the-fly using your mobile phone in the cockpit - Has 3 rear light leds for redundancy and more light modes to choose from - Doubles as bike alarm as it detects movement of your bike and sends a distress call to your mobile device - Because of all of the above, it is very power hungry. Even if you don't use it for 1 week, it will deplete the battery. You have to be on top of it every time you want to ride with it. Gen3: - Not discoverable by bluetooth when powered off. You can still power it off on-the-fly, but you have to stop to power it back on again. - Only 1 led light and less light modes to choose from - No bike alarm mode - Already comes with a 'compatible SD card' (this was an issue for previous models) - Way more battery life, you can store it on the shelf for months and still have battery for your next ride.
Thank you for pointing that information out. I've been looking for a rear and a front camera, but cannot locate ones. I repeatedly hear about these as having a price that doesn't match quality or capability.
@@srei2447 I find them to be better than Garmin Varia RCT716 which is even more power hungry than the Fly6 Gen2. The Garmin will also drain your mobile phone or cyclo-computer to provide you with the info about the oncoming cars. It gives me a lot of false positives, especially when riding on the separate cycling lanes where the traffic is not right behind you, but on a parallel lane. The Garmin also fails to detect other cyclists until they are too close.
Yes, that is when I was responding to. It probably didn't need to be included in the compilation, but some might think the driver was being unsafe going by such a large group without slowing.
I'm a cyclist. Single file when you have to share the road with vehicles. I know it's not as fun when you can't ride side by side, but you should behave as a slow moving vehicle, and stay as far to the right as you can, to help the vehicle safely pass you.
Ok so... Youre cyclist and this make you good enough to give unsafe advice? Riding abreast in a bunch is safer and its proven FACT. Now take your bike toy and go to bed Mr cyclist. Talking this as a driver.
@@JanKowalski-pe9lo Of course it's safer if you have an entire lane to yourself, but when the road is shared, single file to help the car provide more distance. When you're driving a car and notice another vehicle wants to pass, you do the same thing and try to give them more room, or slow down a little so they can pass you faster. @@JanKowalski-pe9lo Had they been riding single file and minding the traffic behind them (no mirrors) there would have been room for both to share the road. "Doesn't matter to me you're a woman" It matters to me that you're prejudiced. The road is shared. The tractor ought to be doing their best to stay as close to the shoulder as safely as possible to aid the ability of cars to pass by because they're travelling below the speed limit, which is unsafe. What "behavior"? What are you even talking about?
What’s wrong with those people? Dogs are animals but those so called humans are worse! Attempted murder and kicking for what? They are mental.
Terrifying!
Frightening. That’s why I have a Gen1 Fly6. Would love to have one of the new ones but can’t afford it at the moment.

That guy doing (or attempting ??) the pirouette on the street, needs to go to class more often, so he won't fall on his a$$.
The guy auditioning for the can can
I’m going to have nightmares. 😮
Terrifiant
None of those dogs were being agressive. They were just racing the bike.
Chasing dogs = AdHoc vo2 training 🤣
What is there to see at 0:42 ?
Probably the speed at which the car passes?
@@801oap I mean between 0:42 and 0:46

The grey SUV throws garbage at the group. You can see/hear it bounce off the pavement and continue rolling into the group, where it hits a cyclist.
Dogs are pretty fast eh
They are, when you are not fit, your bike is missing proper maintenance or you are using low grade components.
