Thank you! No, you shouldn't need to switch the link after the campaign has ended to still receive the affiliate sale at the normal rate. That CC link should still work even after the campaign has ended. I primarily use the SiteStripe link over the CC campaign one when I promote off amz, but both should work regardless of the timing bc they contain the &tag= within each aff link which is your affiliate tracking id. 👍

It still is an invite only program. Just got invited a couple of days ago. Received my first email from a Top Amazon brand to do a video for them. I replied back a day later professionally. Excited to do my first campaign! I finally struggled through, researched different sources and figured it out:) Thank you for this video.
@@kathleenkobel Just accepted a campaign for 10 percent commission for their product (not bad) on Amazon and I will be sending out their "review Video" which will be watermarked, never sending them original content and after approval I will post it on my storefront. I want to maintain control as a creator of my content :)
Great video! Just a few quick questions for clarification sake: 1) You mentioned that after we accept a campaign, we have to go into that campaign and submit a link that shows we promoted that product. I do understand, for example, that if I made a RUclips video on that product, or wrote an article, I'd just submit a RUclips link or my website article URL. But what if I choose to only make an Amazon Influencer shoppable video? Is it even possible to submit a link to my specific shoppable video on Amazon inside of Creator Connections? 2) And, I'm curious--what happens if I make an Amazon shoppable video, but Amazon does NOT publish that video on the product page? How would you get around this strange circumstance where you cannot submit the mandatory link to your Creator Connections campaign because Amazon never put your video in the top or lower carousel? 3). Lastly, let's say hypothetically that I made a shoppable video 2 months ago that's doing well for me. And then today, I sign up for Amazon Creator Connections, and accept a campaign for that exact same product. Do you think I can begin immediately getting extra commissions on my 2 month old shoppable video, or would a Creator Connections campaign only be valid for new shoppable videos created after I accepted the campaign? Thanks!
Super helpful, thank you Kathleen! Two questions: We can repurpose videos that we’ve already posted to our Amazon storefront for the campaigns correct? Also, can we post a campaign specific video that we shared to social media/ email/ etc to our storefront as well??
I was just accepted.I'm a little confused. Do I create a video about the product in the campaign or am I creating a content video for my channel with a link to the product in the description? Thanks
If I link my video from the Amazon listing itself, do I still get the bonus commissions for those on site sales? I saw a video that said they used to think not but it seems to be happening that way. Would love to know your experience.
My question is around creator connections. We have a beauty brand on Amazon. We want to use creaor connections programme to connect with creators and promote our products. But, as creators are asking for free samples for photos and videos, how should we send them, as we gathering their address data is against amazon policies?
hi? do you happen to have more information about this? I thought the samples were provided by default by amazon once the creator accepted to participate in a campaign
You are allowed to gather addresses through Amazon’s messaging system within Creator Connections in order to send free samples. That is perfectly fine to do!
Very interesting. After accepting to participate in a campaign, does the brand provide a sample of the products for me to create the content? Do I receive a sample automatically, or do I have to reach out to the brand asking for it? Alternatively, do I need to buy the product myself?
I have a question regarding regular pay/commission. My earnings report says for Nov was $142.94 (the blue earnings circle under consolidated summary) but my Nov pay was only $1.54. Am I reading something wrong?
Also, I’ve been matched with some campaigns for videos I’ve already had posted for a long time. Do I need to go back and ADD disclosures to those videos, even though I paid for that product a long time ago?
In that case I like to add something within the title like #ad or #affiliate just to cover myself. Then you can always update the title once the campaign is over!
Just received an email today for creator connections. I was shooting for associate and influencer but I can't do the influencer until I have more followings. My question is, can I post the link on any platform? I know it has to be a business page for the associate program. I just do not want to get kicked out. So if I share a campaign I can put it on my personal FB, Instagram and tiktok?

It blows my mind that Amazon doesn't have a better system in place for the Creator Connections program. The fact that it is not disclosed when you get paid is a red flag. At the end of the campaign date or after 60 days like the rest of Amazon Associates earnings? Also, it would be nice if these payments were sent separately, but that is not a huge issue.
